Forgiveness...

Fact! Holding on to anger/a grudge is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to be harmed. Follow Elsa and the rest of the gang from Frozen and #LetItGo!

Life's Short...

Life is too short to dwell on the past. No regrets, just lessons learned. Do not allow your past to effect your present and subsequently dim the light of your future. #PushForward!

Random Reflections

Sarcasm is a language that not everyone is fluent in which could lead to some things being lost in translation and unnecessary strife. Being straightforward is the best way to go!

Marriage is...

Marriage like anything is requires work, but then again anything that's worth something usually does. When both partners are able to identify a common goal and work towards it collaboratively, the work becomes a little easier. Although it may become easier as time progresses, remember that the work never ends. KEEP WORKING!

Do not dwell so much on the past that you forget to live in the present and put your future in jeopardy. #LookForward

Random Reflections

There's a reason why your windshield is so much bigger than your rear view mirror. Looking back is important for a glance and to make sure things are clear, but if you look back for too long you may miss the bigger picture ahead of you. #LookForward!

The 7Rs to De-stressing

Remove yourself from the situation causing you stress

Breath deeply and try to Relax.

Reflect on what brought you to this place.

Reconnect with the thing or person (this could be self) you love most.

Re-energize yourself (or the relationship) while you are away from the stressor.

Release that stressor. Holding on to things does more harm to you than good.

Finally, pick yourself back up and work your way through it and Recover.

Remove, Relax, Reflect, Reconnect, Re-energize, Release, and Recover.
